Owner-led. Agency-ready.

Keep client context and review in the same story.

Local owners need a practical starting point. Agencies need a repeatable way to prepare work without flattening every client into the same voice.

The work, in four moves

Clarity at every handoff.

01
OWNER PATH

Owner-operators: get to the answer

Start from the questions your customers already ask. Add your process and real details once, then use that context to prepare reviewable articles and campaign work.

02
AGENCY PATH

Agency teams: keep work separate

Set up distinct client workspaces with their own context and balances. The Agency plan includes up to 25 child client workspaces and up to 25 seats.

03
REVIEW PATH

Reviewers: make feedback actionable

Give the right person a chance to check the brief, facts and copy. A draft is not an approval; a clear review handoff is how a team decides what can leave the workspace.

04
OWNERSHIP

Leads: know what remains yours

The client relationship, external publishing and ad spend stay with your team. Citefi does not invoice agency clients or pool balances across child workspaces.

A useful distinction

More repeatable process.
Still unmistakably your client.

A shared workflow creates room to do the careful work—not a reason to skip it.

Practical answers

Before you get started.

How does client separation work for agencies?

The Agency plan includes up to 25 child client workspaces, each with a separate balance. Citefi does not pool balances or invoice the agency's clients.

Can clients approve work in Citefi?

Teams can use the workspace's review modules to organize draft feedback. An approval remains a human decision; confirm each client's review needs and permissions.

Will this guarantee search rankings, citations or inquiries?

No. Citefi helps organize and prepare useful content, but it does not guarantee rankings, AI citations, inquiries, sales or campaign performance.

Is Citefi only an article-writing tool?

No. Citefi supports articles and research, images/media, platform-shaped social drafts, article-derived podcasts, video workflows, SEO/GEO preparation, brand intelligence/personas, campaigns, customer journeys, learning/monitoring, supported website publishing, agency clients/reports and ads creative exports. One free article is the entry offer, not the scope of the paid workspace.

Can I turn an article into a podcast?

Yes. The podcast workflow uses an owned article to prepare a script and generated audio, with tone and supported-duration settings. Review the audio before using it. Credits, paid-workspace eligibility and configured providers are required; voice cloning and automatic podcast-directory distribution are not promised.

How do images, social posts and video work together?

Use a verified business brief and customer question to guide related visual assets, platform-shaped social drafts and video/script work. Review each format for accuracy and fit. These are separate supported workflows, not an unlimited free package or a guarantee of exact visual output.

How do I choose a plan for ongoing marketing?

Compare your intended cadence, monthly credits, review team size and client-workspace needs. Starter, Growth and Agency have different allowances and limits. Current catalog pricing and default operation costs are on Pricing; team/admin overrides can change operation costs. Account approval and ordinary sign-in are required before checkout.

Which publishing connections are actually available?

Supported website receiver publishing requires configuration and separate exact authorization. Direct Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok publishing connections are currently disabled in the product UI. Social drafts can be used in your external posting workflow. Ads creative packs are export-only, with no autonomous ad launch or spending.

Can Citefi help customers move toward a booking or purchase?

Campaigns and customer journeys help plan useful content for discovery, comparison, action and follow-up. Bring your real booking, contact or buying process and review the next steps. Supported orchestration depends on configuration; Citefi is not an email CRM and does not guarantee leads, sales or attribution.

The questions a busy owner would ask

You need useful marketing—not another blank screen.

“How do I explain why people should choose us?”

Bring your real offer, process and audience into the brief. Develop articles and clear answers around the decisions customers actually need to make.

Start with business context

“Can one topic work beyond our website?”

Develop related images, platform-shaped social drafts, article-derived podcasts and video work. A consistent message can serve readers, listeners and viewers without five disconnected briefs.

Connect the formats

“What happens after someone sees the content?”

Plan the real next action: compare options, check coverage, ask a question, book or buy. Use customer journeys to organize useful content at each stage.

Build the next-step journey

“Will I lose control of what goes out?”

You review the facts, imagery, voice and offer. Supported website publishing is separately authorized; direct social-network connections are not live, and ads remain reviewed exports without autonomous spend.

For a local retail shop: How do I choose the right product and arrange collection? Choose only the formats that help this customer decide—not more content for its own sake.

Article
  1. Start with the decision the reader needs to make.
  2. Answer: How do I choose the right product and arrange collection?
  3. Explain the real options, preparation and business process.
  4. Close with the business's verified next step: call, book, visit or buy.

Choose a plan around your workload

Start with a realistic marketing cadence.

Your plan sets a monthly credit allowance and team limits. Think about the work you intend to produce, the people reviewing it and whether you manage separate clients—not just the number of articles.

Starter

$29/month

50 monthly credits · up to 3 seats

A smaller recurring workload with a small review team.

How could a multi-format workload use credits?

Illustrative default-credit budget: one article (10), one podcast (8), one social batch (4) and the menu's 60-second video operation (15) total 37 credits.

This is not a guaranteed bundle or output count. Image/regeneration and other additional operations are not included in that example. Current team/admin overrides, workflow settings and provider availability can change the applicable cost or output. Check Billing before planning your workload.

Recommendations help compare budgets; they do not create a feature-unlock matrix. Annual billing and full catalog details are on Pricing. Approval and sign-in are required before workspace access and checkout.

A practical next step

Plan the work beyond it.

The free offer is one article: excerpt before signup, the same full watermarked article after signup. It is not a free podcast, image, social or video package. Paid reuse and ongoing work require the applicable approved-account and subscription access.
